1. Parts Warranty
All Celebright™ lighting system components are covered under a ten (10) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
2. Transferability
This warranty can be transferred to a new homeowner if the property is sold. Proof of original installation and transfer of ownership may be required.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
4. Force Majeure
Damage resulting from force majeure events is not covered under this warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of nature, fire, flood, lightning, wind, power surges, vandalism, or other circumstances beyond the control of Celebright.
5. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, contact your authorized Celebright dealer or Celebright customer support. You will be required to provide:
Celebright reserves the right to inspect the product or require return of the defective component before providing service.
6. Limited Liability
Celebright’s sole liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at Celebright’s discretion. Celebright shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or cost of substitute products or services.
Celebright shall not be liable for any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, or installation of the product, including damages to property or connected systems. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local codes, electrical standards, and installation practices.
7. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated herein, Celebright makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Governing Law
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Severability
If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
10. Complete Warranty Agreement
If any provision of this warranty is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Applies only to systems purchased on or after this date. Systems purchased prior retain their original 5-year, non-transferable warranty.
